New 2013 Toyota Sienna New Common Amenities
The Toyota Sienna minivan is powered by a three.5-liter V-6 engine and delivers seating for as much as eight consumers. All-wheel drive remains optional; the Sienna is the only minivan to offer you this feature. Significant competitors incorporate the Honda Odyssey, Nissan Quest and Chrysler's twins, the Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan. 2013 Toyota Sienna will retain a generous 39.1 cubic feet of cargo room even with all three rows occupied. For ultimate cargo versatility, however, the 2013 Toyota Sienna - and every other minivan - will continue to trail the Dodge Grand Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country.
The Sienna is offered in 5 model lines: L, LE, SE, XLE and Limited, with various configurations and options packages on top of those. The XLE was the model I test drove, and it was offered in AWD. Once inside, you will immediately notice the wood-grain style accents and the XLE-exclusive options package with enhanced audio and Display Navigation with Entune.
Entune is a collection of popular mobile applications and data services integrated with certain select Toyota vehicles. This includes a 6.1 inch high-resolution touch-screen with split-screen display. The Sienna comes with three years of complimentary access to apps and data delivered via most smartphones and some feature phones. there'd be even more to shout about if Toyota introduced a truly fuel-efficient model to the Sienna range, to fill a glaring efficiency hole in the minivan market.
Both small-car buyers and wagon buyers now have Prius models to cut their gas bills, so why not an even larger model? It's not like there are no engines to choose from, with 2.5-liter four-cylinder and three.5-liter six-cylinder hybrid drivetrains in the Toyota and Lexus ranges.
